This is our front‑end planning service for property managers and facility directors who want clarity instead of surprises.

• Walk your building and document current flooring conditions with photos
• Assign Green / Yellow / Red risk and condition ratings by area
• Create a simple 24‑month phased budget range

This lets you:

• Plan projects logically instead of reacting to emergencies and complaints
• See what can safely wait and what needs attention now
• Have real numbers for leadership, boards, and budgeting

For qualifying facilities in our service area, this plan is currently offered as a no‑cost front‑end service.

Zero-Downtime Flooring Renovations

Our core service is replacing commercial flooring while your building stays open.

We install commercial carpet tile, LVT, sheet vinyl, rubber flooring, porcelain tile, and more on schedules that work for you:

• Night and weekend work when needed
• Work phased by area so residents, staff, students, tenants, and customers can continue normal operations

Every project includes:

• Clear scheduling and communication so you know what’s happening and when
• Dust control, when needed, as appropriate for your environment (Office, Healthcare, Senior Living, EDU, Government)

LIFT™ – Lift-In-Place Flooring

Modern offices and call centers often use modular wall systems and dense workstations that are expensive and disruptive to dismantle. Traditional flooring methods mean:

• Tearing everything apart
• Moving people and equipment
• Hoping it all goes back together correctly

Our LIFT™ (Lift‑In‑Place Flooring Transition) process is designed specifically for those environments.

With LIFT™ we:

• Use specialized furniture‑lift systems to gently raise modular walls and workstations in place
• Remove and replace the flooring underneath
• Lower everything back into position, aligned and secure



All without a full teardown of furniture or extended shutdowns.

I’m David Jehlen, founder of Reliable Flooring Group. After more than 28 years in flooring and project management, I saw the same problem over and over again: medical offices, office buildings, and busy retail spaces were being served by contractors who weren’t equipped to work while buildings stayed open.
