Meet David & Fran Jehlen

We’re David and Fran Jehlen, owners of Reliable Flooring Group in Largo, FL.

David has spent over 28 years in commercial flooring – owning his own company and running projects for one of the largest contract flooring firms in Tampa Bay. Over thousands of jobs in offices, healthcare, senior living, schools, churches, government facilities, and retail, one pattern stood out:

Most flooring contractors are built for empty spaces and new construction – not active buildings full of staff, residents, patients, students, or customers.

Fran brings 30+ years in accounting, AP/AR, and operations, running books and back offices for hotels, commercial flooring, law firms, real‑estate developers, and other small businesses. At Reliable Flooring Group, she owns the financial and administrative side so you get clear, accurate invoices and a smooth, organized process from start to finish.

Reliable Flooring Group exists to do what most flooring contractors aren’t built for: occupied buildings that can’t shut down.

I’m David Jehlen, founder of Reliable Flooring Group. After more than 28 years in flooring and project management, I saw the same problem over and over again: medical offices, office buildings, and busy retail spaces were being served by contractors who weren’t equipped to work while buildings stayed open.
