You’re booked – here’s what to expect from your 24‑Month Flooring Risk & Budget Snapshot

Modern lobby with large windows, gray polished floor, and pendant lights. Includes a reception desk and sofa with potted plants.

1. What we’ll do on site (30–60 minutes)
At the scheduled time, we’ll walk your key areas together – typically:

  • Entrances and lobbies
  • Main corridors and stairs
  • Restrooms and break areas
  • Any other spots you’re worried about

We’ll:

  • Look for trip hazards, failures, and “embarrassing” areas
  • Take photos and basic notes
  • Ask a few questions about your operations, budget cycles, and constraints (hours, shutdown windows, etc.)

2. Who should be there

Ideally, have:

  • The person who owns facilities/maintenance and
  • Anyone who signs off on small projects (property manager, director, business manager, etc.)

If that’s one person, great. If it’s two, even better.

3. What you should do before we arrive

  • Make a short list of any known problem areas (even if we didn’t name them above)
  • Let your front desk/reception know we’re coming, so check‑in is smooth
  • If possible, have a rough idea of your next 24 months (major events, renovations, school breaks, etc.) so we can align recommendations

You do not need to move furniture or shut anything down for this visit.

4. What you’ll get afterwards

Within a few business days, you’ll receive a simple, written Snapshot:

  • Green/Yellow/Red risk ratings by area
  • Photos of key issues
  • A 24‑month prioritized action plan with budget ranges by phase

You can use this whether you work with us or not. If you decide to move forward on a phase, we’ll then do a detailed measure and formal proposal with a no‑disruption execution plan.
